Partnering With Award-Winning Builder
“In our world, you can be really talented but if you lack organization it is chaos. Castle Homes is very thorough and organized,” Jackson explained. “The team is eager to help, has great ideas and is very organized.”
Castle Homes earned the national Southern Living Custom Builder of the Year Award which led to their build of the nation’s only Southern Living Idea House at Fontanel. They later teamed with Jackson on the interiors of the premiere home event, the Nashville Symphony Show House, launched by Castle to benefit one of the city’s greatest treasures.
“Rozanne has a fresh design perspective based on solid design principles. She is professional and respectful of the project budget while creating stunning, timeless interiors,” Castle Homes President Alan Looney said. “We are always fortunate to be working with her and her team on any project.”
One-Of-A-Kind Elements
Beautiful, clean, modern and with a classic palette is how Rozanne describes the Parade home. “For us, this made our job easy and seamless as we were able to add layers to the beautiful foundation Castle created.”
When touring the Parade of Homes, visitors have been pleasantly surprised by the concrete dining table and leather chandelier in the open floor plan of the Parade house.
“My favorite piece in the house is the concrete dining table designed by me and my team and handmade here. It provided the jumping off point for the dining room design. We really take pride in doing fun things creatively for a project from custom furniture pieces to lighting,” Jackson said.
Fun, Functional And Out Of The Box Design
The divided banquette has been a great example of unpredictable design says Jackson. “Long tables can be inconvenient and a divided banquette is a great way to help traffic flow as well as be visually interesting. We love to do fun things which are out-of-the-box but they have to function great too.”
Achieving Timeless Sophistication
In the end, Jackson says a timeless sophistication was the goal for the Castle Parade house and mixing old and new will help a home always look fresh. Here’s more on her design inspiration.
