Come Tour English Country Home October 7-22
Castle Homes is pleased to be returning to the Nashville Parade of Homes and presenting a stunning Contemporary English Country home with the help of team of award-winning creatives.
Presented by Pinnacle Financial Partners, the home tour is open daily October 7-22 in the new Witherspoon neighborhood of Brentwood off Crockett Road.
Alan Looney, company president, said the design-build project was influenced by British architect Sir Edwin Lutyens.
“Collaborating with architect Kevin Coffey, the Contemporary English Country style is based on historical precedent with a fresh design perspective achieving a home with architectural integrity and great liveability. The organic, warm inviting interiors includes an open floor plan of 7,771 square feet for the three-level home with five bedrooms and five full/two half baths,” Looney said. “We are so pleased to have partnered with Rozanne Jackson Interiors on interior styling with stunning furniture, décor and draperies from The Iron Gate – all available for purchase at the After The Parade Sale.”
The exterior spaces of the home have been divided into four areas in the landscape plan created by Gavin Duke, Page | Duke Landscape Architects. The home’s English Country vernacular inspired the use of heirloom type plants including oaks, boxwoods and yew hedge.
Craftsmanship of the home has been taken to the next level with the collaborative Vintage Millworks partnership. From the home’s exterior custom millwork in the dormers, trim and front door to the powder sink base, range hood and study’s tracery ceiling. In addition, the crown molding has a unique profile created just for the Castle home.
